Westmere House

This stunning Auckland property sits atop a difficult steep and narrow site. There was a large retaining project to create building platforms and the pool foundation. The build methodology was to build up and out of the site.

This is a detailed multi-level home, with clever landscaping design all formed and retained so that house nestles into the hill and its environment seamlessly. The interior and exterior main staircases line up through the windows in a touch of architectural mastery.

Inside is a stunning family home designed with a gorgeous pallet and a keen eye for detail.

Outside features a circular water tank pool with custom seat and steps set upon large concrete piles so the pool can be accessed off the deck level.
